My personal experience is, don't underestimate the effectiveness of 10-min abs workout... the 10-min pilates abs, 10-min 6 pack and this new one all can killed the fat belly. Thank you for another great work, Eleni 💪

There's a lot of work out content on YT but Eleni Fit is so the best by far. Really helping me to gain confidence in my ability to exercise, definitely feeling stronger and sweating. Day 2 of this add on for me. Love your hip/leg pilates of which I'm on day 7. I did have a 1 day rest yesterday as I overworked on the abs on Sunday 😂🤣😂🤣😂. I love how each exercise runs smoothly into the next and they're not too demanding on your body once you've found your groove.... 👌
Can definitely feel it and see subtle changes just 1 wk in 🙌

This was the first of you videos that I tried. I liked the format especially the next exercise video in the corner. I liked all the exercises. Not sure I would call this beginner with no rest periods. I was happy to make it but I’m not really a complete beginner. Maybe advanced beginner or intermediate workout🤔
