More Details on the Structure of this Home Workout

Section 1 Focuses on low-impact cardio to help increase your natural calorie burn and boost your overall health and fitness.
Section 2: We use bodyweight moves to tone and strengthen your arms, as well as sculpt through your shoulders.
Section 3: This is targeting your entire midsection with ab and waist exercises.
Section 4: All the moves used for this part of the workout are designed to sculpt and tone your legs, glutes and thighs.

I like these full-body workouts for 20 minutes. I especially like that the stretches are included in the same video. I'm a 67 year old man who had a full hip replacement 4 years ago. These workouts are great for me, being high intensity but low impact. Thanks Lucy. You're keeping me moving.

It's so good to be back, Lucy ... You were quite instrumental in my life until about 1.9 years ago when i became really sick. I am sad to say that I then stopped working out until TODAY!!! Yay 🎉 I'm 57 and know that I know that I know that doing exercises is beneficial for almost every area of our lives. Thank you for putting these together Lucy. I did this workout this morning and it did wake my body up completely and I felt great. I do comply 5 minute workouts to make a full workout frequently so this was great to have it already done.
