Fun full body moves using a pumpkin. Intervals are :30 of work with random recovery times. When not Halloween, use a medicine ball!😉 Pumpkins should weigh 5-12 lbs.

Who woulda thought a pumpkin can kick your butt! Had the perfect one on my porch. Reminded me of the toy box workout and just as much fun. Very generous of you to offer notes to instructors.
