Y’all i did a small 10 min workout before this and only got 10 min of this done😭 i remember doing this every other day last year and i’m trying to get back to the grind. see y’all in a day 😭

Day 2: i was feeling down so i decided to exercise today, too. i did the quick 10 min workout before this and still got this done completely!! whoop whoop 🙌 i’m sweating so much i’m going to shower now lol😋

Day 3: skipped a couple of days due to personal issues but i’m back!! finished it and am not as tired 😊

I’ve never tried Pilates before but I’m going to do it today
My current weight is 72kg(height 171.7cm), goal weight- 61-62kg, maybe this comment will help me to be motivated and do this workout every day, will share with my results

doing this during fasting month, & days till eid! i usually lift weights at home but currently at my mother’s house for the time being, therefore i’m gonna start doing pilates!

my diet consist of eating oats and drinking coffee during suhoor, for iftar i will have dates and any protein of choice.

I am currently 5’2 and 47kg. my desire weight is 43-42kg

I'm in the middle of my losing weight journey, although i have lost nearly a half of my target weight, but i found out that nowadays, weightlifting is so exhausting and cardio is making me tired. Then, i found your video and suddenly i feel a little bit more calm and peaceful. Not only it burn so much, it also help me reduce the anxiety and soothing my panic attack that i've experienced today. This pilates not only help me losing weight, but also helping me uplift my mood and stabilize it. I wish this pilates could help my mental health state to be better. Because i realized that moving my body is not supposed to be a pressure but something that i can enjoy that gives me serenity. Thank you. Thank you so much <3

I have anxiety and I stopped taking the pills cuz I started to feel weird and more sad but when I started to do yoga I felt better. Thanks for the videos ❤❤❤

I’d never tried pilates before, thinking that it was pretty much useless calorie wise, but wow i am so glad i found this workout and gave it a try. It’s like a moving meditation for your body. Thank you so much for sharing this with us 🙏🏻💕

I love how relaxing and intense this is 💛, it’s the most relaxing thing ever for the body and the brain. And at the same time your doing exercise. I found the instructions super helpful, because I could close my eyes and slowly breathe, instead of like the hiit cardio workouts that gets me out of breath and not relaxed at all the with the beat music 😅..

Currently a student in my last yr of high school - I did Pilates in my recreational gym, and looking to start doing them more on my own time! Heavy exercise is difficult for me as I have some health issues. I believe someone mentioned the wrist modifications, big help!! Can’t wait to start my Pilates journey with you!!

Ive started doing this workout in order to stay in shape while constructing my gym since all my weights are being moved around. I can honestly say it was such a great workout and burn i will keep it up! Love it.

thanks hannah i love how this makes me feel so im gonna update:
--ive been doin this for 3 days and my weight has dropped for almost 1kg, its just water weight but i know some of my fat is dropping too
--so its currently day 5, i skipped day 4 cuz my muscle needs rest lol, my weight dropped 1, 5kg to 2kg crazy as hell and im loving this
-- ion rmr what date it is day 7 or 8 but i have lost 3kg good luck yall
-- ive been doin this for more than 2 weeks and now ive lost 4kg in total, i will keep updating
