This quick 5 minute warm up is great to do anytime on its own, or to serve as a warm up for the rest of your workout. All moves are low impact and will increase your heart rate and warm up your muscles. The quick warm up uses movements that are appropriate for everyone including seniors and beginners.

Just perfect for a literal few minutes- enough as a warm up or a rare find for when you're too weak for anything more. Just getting over a very bad flu-like cold to begin getting g me back into my 1+ hour long exercise sessions. Good the movements were in time to the music as when it's not it's worthless for me. The neutral, medium tempo music is perfect for those first few minutes of exercising as everyone seems to react positively for it. This is the first of the videos I've used from this channel and I'm subscribing. Thanks for making a rough morning starting with pain into something much better.

You NEVER fail to offer a workout that totally suits my needs. This is, as most of us know, a crazy (but fun) busy time. I was looking to get in at least 45 minutes of cardio and strength total. I found two that fit today"s need perfectly>>>a Strength workout using heavier dumbells (or kettlebells) and a Latin dance for cardio. Boith were quick but fun and effective. This is great quick warmup! I like that it’s only 5 minutes. I find I need to keep my workouts around 30 minutes. I love mixing and matching your workouts and have been doing these for a year and feel so much better than I did when I went to the gym. I recently went to the chiropractor for a tweaked hip and told him about your site. He pulled it up right then to view it as he could see how much it was helping me. Keep up the good work and I’ll keep telling my friends and family.

Good morning! I just wanted to reach out and thank you for your fantastic workouts on SeniorShape! I especially appreciate the 5-minute warm-up video. It’s such a wonderful resource for when I’m short on time or travelling, and it’s perfect for squeezing in a bit of movement even in tight spaces—I've even done it in an oversized bathroom stall! Your warm-up video has become a part of my daily routine, whether it’s before a walk or as a quick pick-me-up.

If you ever consider adding more 5-minute routines, I’d be thrilled—having even a couple would add some variety. I also wonder if you might consider a 5-minute seated stretch routine? Something that could be done on a bus, train, or plane seat would be incredibly useful for travel days.

Perfect quick warm up! I was looking for something like this to add to my routine and I have to say again, as someone who used to skip them all the time, I just love your warm ups and cool downs, both stand alone and in your longer videos :)

Nice warm up, thighs always sting in the morning when trying to warm up with big moves, love it. Would love to have some back warm up, maybe cat and cow? And maybe circles loosen up those hips.
