Day 1: Done!✅ Plank was the worst 😫 but I did it!
Day 2: Done!✅ Same as day 1.
Day 3: I FORGOT!❎ So I' m gonna do 2 times at day 4.
Day 4: Done!✅ Exercises are little easier to make.

Un conseil su vous ne pouvez pas allez à la vitesse du coach faite votre quantité et essayez de faire même pour l'autre sens ne faite pas 15 pour droite et 9 pour gauche.😉
