I'm 19 and trying to lose weight in a fun way. This really helped me get motivated! Working out can be fun. I found the class easy to follow, and eveb though the steps where easy, they let you sweat more then I thought. I loved this! Thank you for helping us out 😊

So glad I found this video. I tried so many other dance workout videos but they were all too high tempo for me and moved on way too quick (I'm so un-coordinated and lack rhythm!) but this feels doable for me while still getting good exercise. Thank you.

Love It! Some workouts say they're for beginners and quickly become too intense for a true beginner. This workout was enough to get your heart rate up and begin to sweat without being overwhelming. I feel great after completing day 1. I plan on starting my day with this workout every morning.

Wow! Didn’t think I’d be working up much of a sweat or getting my heart rate up in just 10 minutes, but this was excellent! It was perfect for my level (just beginning), and I felt like I was challenged yet able to accomplish it. Excellent workout, thank you for sharing!
