My average Heart Rate was 119 according to my Apple watch. I'm a 52-year-old woman who started an exercise journey Dec 2022. I'm now lifting 30 minutes 3 days a week, walking 30 minutes after dinner, and I need a HIIT for 2 days a week. That is when I found you. Thank you @fabulous50s for this workout!

Hi.... have been following and doing your work outs for over a year.... unfortunately lost my nephew couple of months ago, he took his own life 😢🙏🏽.... I tried keeping up with the daily stretches but didn't have the mental energy to do HIIT or strengthening excercises, until today.... I just did this and although I feel emotional, I also feel happy that I did because that's how you make me feel excercising to your work outs. So, thank you 💕🙏🏽

I started doing your exercises years ago. I had just had a Knee replacement and needed excercise. Your workouts were inspiring and I could do them ! Now I walk everywhere ! My husband and I sold our car and carry groceries home in backpacks. I'm 58 and now swim 3 to 4 times a week for half an hour solid. Today I tried your HIIT workout and absolutely loved it. Great cardio ! Love them and love you for helping me get back to fitness ❤🏃‍♀

It's been 5 months now since falling off our roof; and for the first 3 months I didn't do much of anything. My wife got me to join her while working out with you. After 1 month I added a1 pound weight to the exercise. Now I'm using a 2 pound weight. Still can't touch my ankles because the bending hurts to much but hopefully by summers end I'll be able to. I look forward to working out each morning with you and my wife and appreciate your dedication to making all the videos that you have done. They're helping more people than you could ever imagine. Keep up the good work and stay in touch.

Thank you! I am a 49 year old breast cancer survivor. After surgery and chemotherapy I have nerve pain and joint pain. As a yoga teacher I enjoy my yoga practice and also these workouts to support my health.

Hi Schellea!! I found your page on you tube. I’ve been on a non stop weight loss plan since January 12021. Started with the aerotrainrt it gave me the desire to try more so I upped to 20 minute metabolic renewal UNTIL I FOUND YOU!!! I literally just got done doing this one along with 2 other HIITS AND you abs video
I’ll be 50 next year and decided it was time for me to be my best for me and Damn!! Once I found you and your fun yet very very effective workouts I am just hitting it to the mat. Thank you so much I’m 8 sizes down now!!

Awesome workout and compliment to the 20 minute with weights arm workout. I love that this is a low impact HIIT, no stress on my joints but got a sweat up and heart rate where it should be. It is also perfect to do a second round if you want to. I have been doing the arm workout with weights and have increased from 2kg to 3kgs to 4kgs for all but the alternate arm raises. I have so much definition in my arms, shoulders, chest that I am now wearing cut-away singlets and feeling super confident. I can't thank you enough for sharing these very user friendly and encouraging workouts. I have put a few friends on to your workouts also.

Hi, I love this workout, it's one of my favourites especially during winter when it's too wet and dark to go for my early morning walk here in England, UK. The music is great do you know who sings the first and second song ? Hello, I love your workouts I try to make sure and push my everyday, my doctor told me I'm premenopausal and some days I don't have the energy to exercise but I push myself everyday to a least do your 10 minute exercise and it helps me get through my day.
