Today's video workout will help you target fats in the major problem areas in your bodies--the belly, arms, glutes, and the legs! It's an intensive 20-min workout that will work your body from your upper to your lower body and will make you burn fat not only in the areas mentioned, but will burn your overall body fat to help you effectively tone the muscles in your core, limbs, and glutes!

It's an excellent way to burn fat and tone your muscles but it can be challenging especially for beginners since this is an intensive workout that lasts for 20mins. Take caution when you perform this exercise! You can do this workout everyday but it's best if you do this for 3-4x a week.
