Today's workout is here to show how you can still lose weight at home even if you have physical conditions that might interfere with your ability to exercise!

In today's video workout I have included the best body-weight exercises that will help burn calories but don't require any jumping or excessive effort for your knees and legs. It's an effective low impact workout program to get in shape!

No jumping, no squats, no lunges! OMG this workout is too good ❤️ I am afraid that my body will get bigger and look very rough. i love this exercise and thank you roberta's gym :3

Thanks Roberta !! This is my third week of doing your gym at home. I start with 1 the first week, the 2do week I add 2 routine and my I’m in my 3rd week I add another routine so my morning exercise is 1:40 minutes. I love the routines ❤️❤️❤️Every week I get stronger and I lost 10lbs with a diet of no sugar and very little carbs and lots of proteins . Thanks 🙏 for your great 👍 routines

This work out is my soul mate. I never expected sweats be falling down with just me standing up and i am just using a small portion of our little bedroom. 😭💕 I will do it this time. (i also love the rest time she's so considerate 🤗)

Hey Roberta, I don't know how much I owe you. As for the Muslims, Ramadan is going on and I was sceptical about not losing my weight and instead gaining. But then I'm hella shocked, how my few clothes got so loose on my body and they fit so well. I kept those inside the wardrobe as to be given to someone as I am not able to wear them anymore! But today after wearing them just to check how my body has changed, I couldn't literally thank enough at that time itself to you. I was thanking you in my mind because, it was possible for the workouts you shared with the world. And now I can wear those unfit clothes like a QUEEN! Alhumdulillah. Diet and your workout was the best thing happened to my life. I was super stressed and depressed due to various alarming circumstances of my life and still I am but your workout has changed my life too because I easily don't burst out and don't go so hopeless nor helpless. May Almighty bless you with immense health and wealth. I still didn't check my weight, because I'll only check it after I take off the full fat from my tummy. Tummy fat is yet on process to get over from.
For me it was like a dream to loose as I am a pcod patient and this struggle to fight the weight started from 26th December 2019. I loved how my back became perfect with arms and legs too! Love you girl! ❤️💪 Your emojis, brought blessings to my life! 🖤

Recurring knee problems from a problem I had as a kid/teenager have been causing me pain but I'm so happy to have found this video that let me workout while I let my knees recover. Thank you!

Some of these exercises look a little repetitive, like I've seen them in other Roberta's gym videos. but if that's what works that's what I'll continue to do to burn this fat off my waist! 🔥🔥🔥🧡❤

This is great workout this is the first one I start my day off with, then I have two more I do before I finish. I do change them after a week, but I always start with this one. Thank you so much for these workouts.
