Now, before people start going crazy!
I don’t want you to completely stop doing standing ab exercises with no equipment, especially if you are just starting out and a beginner.

But over time, you would need to incorporate some form of resistance training if you want to build some form of muscle and tone up ladies.

Progressive overload is important for women because it promotes muscle growth, strength development, and overall fitness improvements. By gradually increasing the demands placed on muscles through resistance training, women can challenge their bodies and stimulate muscle adaptation.

This leads to increased muscle tone, enhanced metabolism, better bone density, improved functional strength, and a more sculpted physique. Progressive overload is a key principle for continuous progress and achieving long-term fitness goals.

I have to thank you.
I've had the most terrible 4 years, had 4 surgeries, broke 2 of my legs, now recovering and almost 40kg more then I used to be.
I was too overwhelmed with loosing weight and the gym is too far and no public transportation stop near.
You now inspired me to start with easy looking workouts thank you so much.

Thank you I’m on my journey to lose my fupa now after post partum I also love your 15 minute and 30 minute get rid of fupa videos! I stuck to them with a healthy balanced diet two years ago and couldn’t believe the results 😳 currently trying to get back to that now 😭
