These are awesome workouts for postpartum moms, rehabbing from knee/ ankle/ hip surgery and individuals who are slightly to greatly overweight.

Ohmygosh. That is insane. I’ve done these three exercises my whole life without a chair, but now have physical limitations. I cannot believe how simple it is to adapt them to a sitting position! I love it! May I also add that I completely love the simplicity of this quick video. It gets right to the point which I appreciate!

Thank you. I enjoy the exercises . Broke femur about about 3 yrs. go. No pain if I maintain the muscles. Very important for me. Do daily.
