WHAT IS VISCERAL BELLY FAT:
Visceral belly fat, also known as visceral adipose tissue (VAT), is a type of body fat that is stored within the abdominal cavity. This fat surrounds several vital organs, including the liver, stomach, and intestines. Unlike subcutaneous fat, which is located just beneath the skin, visceral fat is deeper and not as easily seen or pinched.
Understanding about belly fat is important because of its significant impact on overall health. Managing and reducing visceral fat through lifestyle changes can lead to improved health outcomes and reduced risk of chronic diseases.

Absolutely fantastic! I need this for my menopausal stomach. It's much smaller after doing LWR work outs but there's always room for improvement isn't there?! Hope The Princesses will be joining us! XX ❤

Είμαι μαμά τριών παιδιών. Δουλεύω και επιστρέφω στο σπίτι στις 16:15. Πρέπει να ασχοληθώ με τις δουλειές του σπιτιού, να βοηθήσω τα παιδιά με τα μαθήματα τους, να παίξω μαζί τους... ειλικρινά ούτε που καταλαβαίνω πότε νυχτώνει και πέφτω εξαντλημένη για ύπνο...
Δεν ξέρω τι κάνω λάθος... δεν ξέρω καν αν όντως κάνω λάθος!!! Το σίγουρο είναι ότι δεν έχω χρόνο για τον εαυτό μου... κάθε μέρα λέω "σήμερα θα ασχοληθώ με μένα" αλλά δεν τα καταφέρνω... Είμαι πολύ απογοητευμένη...😞😞😞 Θέλω να επανέλθω στη φυσική κατάσταση που ήμουν το 2019... πριν τον εγκλεισμό του COVID 😞😞😞😞

This is one of the best exercise routines I've seen that looks manageable for someone who is 61 years old like me!! Thank you so much! Plus I enjoyed the kitty visits in the video too haha.

I was just discharged from the hospital and happened to run across this video and actually motivated me. I was able to do the workout on my pace and felt really good that I was able to finish the whole workout. I will do it again tomorrow. Thank You!!!

This is the best video exercise program l have seen that is good for seniors. I am a challenged physically after having back and knee surgery but some of them l can do that l am sure will help me to loose the pounds l put on lately . Maybe you can put on a video that would be appropriate for persons with challenges. Keep up the good work❤

This is the longest I've stuck with an exercise program. I exercise 6 times a week and I look forward to it. You do keep it interesting with all the different moves. I am waiting to see results. I'm sure I will eventually.
