10 Simple Exercises To Lose Weight At Home

Here are 10 of the best exercises you can do at home if you want to lose weight and burn calories.

As usually, they're all body-weight and don't require a gym or special equipment - just some space for you to move.

The exercises are in no particular order, but they're all stacked up as a workout routine - and we'll start it off with a warmup block.

Remember that you burn fat by exercising DAILY, and paying attention to what you eat (no sugar and no grains).

So do this workout everyday, and make sure to subscribe to the channel and hit the notification bell - to receive new video workouts regularly: every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

I started yesterday and I promise I will keep you updated
my starting weight: 59kg
day 1: it was hard but I did it
day 2: it easier than yesterday but ofc no results yet
day 3: I feel more energetic than yesterday but still no change
day 4: it definitely feels easier but no major results
day 5: my whole body is stiff and I see a bit of progress <3
day 6: so I lost 1 kg today and the exercise was not that hard to do
day 7: it's been a week now and I do see a bit of progress if you're patient and are willing to see results in a month then do it it does work but I want to lose weight fast so I made up my own routine which is working amazing for me<3
(like to remind me)

This is my routine that i created which helped A LOT if anyone wants to know here it is.
Morning
1. Criss-Cross Exercise (or Scissors Exercise)
2. Hands Up, Hands Down Exercise
3. Wall Push-Ups
4. Arm Circles
5. Elbow plank for 15 sec
6. Side plank for 15 sec each side
7. Chair Dips
8. stay up plank 3 times 30 sec each
9. crunches 40 sec
10. run (at the place) 40 sec
11. burpees 8
12. jumping jacks 40 sec
13. Russian twists 20
14. sit ups 20


Night
1. Wall sits 2 times 30 sec each
2. Sumo squats 30 sec
3. Curtsy lunges 30 sec each leg
4. Wall sits 2 times 30 sec each
5. Bridge 3 times 30 sec each
6. Side lunges 30 sec each side
7. Wall sits 1 time 30 sec

This exercise is the best exercise on YouTube.I did it everyday for 4 or more months and it helps.All I need is a new mat to exercise again.I saw the improvement of my body and I love it so as everyone I know

I’ve been doing this exercise and others since April 12th I decided to change, I couldn’t take looking back at family photos and I’m the biggest, I’ve lost 4 pounds so far, im motivated, give me good energy to whoever is reading thankyou!!

Update: Apr 28th, I went from 179 to 173 !! Thankyou for the positive energy
