Did you know you can work out even in bed, and burn fat along the way? Fitness really has no limits and you can lose weight even from the comfort of your bed, doing these easy, 12 exercises in bed!

All the exercises in this video can be done in a sitting position either on your back or on your knees or tummy.

This home vide workout is perfect for you if you don't want to get out of bed but still want to exercise and reduce fat.

You can do it either in the morning after waking up, or in the evening after getting into bed.

You may also perform this exercises if you for a reason cannot leave your bed - but still need to burn calories.

So let's start the workout program and get some good fat burning results!

I've been doing this for months now and honestly, it's amazing. I did lose some weight and my body became so much more active, I feel way healthier. I do this every morning in bed and I've noticed changes in my body. Some tips though, you should take longer breaks, just pause the video, don't force yourself too much. And when they say repeat 20 times for each leg, you go 10 times this one, 10 times the other, come back to this one then 10 times the other to finish. Don't go 20 times a leg(in one go) if you can't! One important thing, I believe in you and you will make it!

Weight (62) height 165.5
Week1 (btw i do extra ones too) :
Day 1✅ quite good not much difficulties
Day 2✅ harder than day one
Day 3✅ i feel good
Day 4✅ (61.6kg).
Day 5❌ i couldn't because i was busy
Day 6 ✅ it felt much better thank God. Plus i can see my stomach getting flatter
And some exercises felt much easier than day one
Day 7 ✅ (60.8kg) did some stretches and extra 110 jumping Jacks, 40 russian twists and 45 hip dips
I did more than 2exercises on your channel everyday, i weight 57.2kg rn (after a month)

I just finished it. I was too lazy to get out of bed and exercise but this workout felt great. I'm going to do this every night. I felt the burn lmao.

I've been doing this daily for 2 weeks with a roughly 1400 calorie diet/hydrating and some additional light exercise (walking for 15 min a day and maybe one additional 10 min Roberta video every other day). I've lost 5 lbs. 205 lbs->200 lbs. If anything, it gets you motivated to be active and in the mindset to continue being healthy. You can feel yourself getting stronger each day, which is great! I also deal with upper neck and back pain/tension and moving around like this is helping with that a lot. If you can't do all the reps, even just try for half. Some activity is better than none! Good luck on your fitness journey. Stay the course!

I am gonna do this everyday from now on thanks for a bedtime scheduled workout plan .

EDIT: I LOST 2.5KG BY DOING IT EVERYDAY BEFORE BED ACTUALLY! FOR 2 WEEKS.

I have a long road the last year with 11 heart procedures. Lost 45lbs and a lot of muscle mass. I used to compete in nationwide judo competitions and could squat 450lbs in my daily routine. Now I can do about 10, 000 steps a day. Came across this video for a way to get back into shape. Can’t wait to try

It’s my first week of me doing this & I feel so much better & have visible muscles . I don’t weigh myself but I’m also visibly thinner & I do this in bed . It’s actually really easy & gets easier in time so I just do longer reps 😁
