Im going to start tonight ill do my progress here


Height: 6’0 (6’1 with shoes)

Age: 16 years and 16 days old

Starting weight: 338.6




Day 1: nothing yet, bit out of breath but well manage


Day 2: okay, put a bit more effort in, i can definitely feel the workout in my arms, upper legs lower legs and core (maybe because i added a plank to strengthen core) put of breath again but well worth it, heart beating incredibly fast. Its tuesday, 22:17 as i right this right now





I skipped the rest of the days because i hurt myself so i decided to skip the whole week, its currently 1 week after i had made the original post but i did the work out, and right now im down to 337 (153.3 kg) from 340 pounds. (I gained weight but im gonna lose it)

Heres the thoughts right now for day 1 again.


Day 1: i started again after like 5 days or smth but, i can really feel it in my stomach the burn from the workout, its not much but its day 1. So ill let it play out until january first.


Day 2: i added planks into my workout and… oh boy do i feel it in my stomach and arms after this workout also i fasted for 2 days and exercised. I started eating last night, or at the time of writing this comment (i forgot to write about day 2 yesterday, its day 3 at the time of writing this comment)


Day 3: i just finished my workout, oh boy did my body shake so hard after this workout and the plank and stuff… i can feel it in my chest and legs and everything but its all worthwhile, at the time of writing this i weigh about 334 pounds.




Day 4: its getting a little easier my body is still shaking a bit, i can ALMOST DO A FULL pushup with good form, as of writing this im down to 332, maybe 334 while im hydrated. I not as bad in my stomach anymore



Day 5: seriously out of breath, added some more exercises to my thing or whatever i called, i can do 15 second plank good form without shaking as much as when i restarted this. Heartbeat going really quickly, pain in my thighs, burns a lot because i added squat pulses, doing em for 45 seconds im sweating quite a bit, i can move fast but sheesh do i get fatigued pretty quick kind of. I drank like 5 bottles or something of water today so i have like 4 pounds of waterweight. I weigh 336 after eating a meal, and drinking water so that feels good. Ill weight myself tomorrow morning (Saturday, rest day) to see what i am without much water


PS: im gonna go on a week long fast, wish me luck 🙏



Day 6: rest day

Day 7: also rest day




Day 8: before i start my workout, im down to 332 :D (also my week long fast started today) im really out of breath, i added 1 more exercise (cobra stretch) and my stomach burns alot, im sweating like a dog for some reason. But i rather live through 30 minutes of pain than 60 years of bad joins, bad back, bad legs. I know it will all be worth it this time next year. With that, ill see you tomorrow night




Day 9: i didnt have enough time to do my work out :( ill do it in the morning and again at night to make up for it


Day 10: ah man, im ngl my stomach and legs still feel sore, but its not as bad as a week ago. I might do weekly updated instead of daily but yeah, last time i checked i think i weigh like 332 or smth like that ill check tomorrow



Day 11: couldnt do it cuz we had to drive like 4 hours to michigan and we got there at like 10 pm last night. Its currently day 12 as i write this because i was too tired after having to lift heavy stuff last night, hardest ive sweat in a while ngl but yeah ill do an update for workout tonight




Day 12: i couldnt do the full workout because A i was gone like ALL day and B i can do a pushup with good form now :D i spent like 2 hours trying to do pushups and could only do like 6 or 7 3 of which were good form


Day 13: rest day

day 14: rest day



Day 15: i am in quite a bit of burning pain, i should have done it the night after i made it to michigan… nothing really to report right now i ate alot but somehow i barely gained anything, im not complaining to be honest. But yeah thats all for tonight



Day 16: its starting to get a little easier, im a little out of breath but with the plank and doing 1 pushup (with good form! :D) i have increased my core strength and can perform a quarter of a sit up, well get there someday… but thats all for now (pushups arent apart of my workout, i just like doing them since i can do them now)


Day 17: i didnt have time to do all the exercises so i just did crunches (or atleast try to do them to train my core) my stomach is burning after that ngl



Day: ??? I was gonna do weekly or bi weekly updates but i forgot what day it is, its christmas as i write this. My plank time has gone up to 30 Or 35 seconds. Im not really as gassed. It wasnt part of my workout but i did shadow boxing like how they do in ufc. I imagined an opponent and i gave everything i had. 5, 5 minute rounds and i was barely gassed. I did high knees, getting down and up, throwing elbows and punches as fast as i could, switching stances, throwing overhands, hooks, hammer blows everything. And i was barely gassed


January 1st: im feeling pretty good to be honest, my core, arms, and legs feel alot stronger. I can only do 2 pushups with good form still unfortunately, but all in due time i suppose. I weigh around 335 or 336. But ive been stopping cuz we have been busy im tired but yeah im starting again and ill stick to it. Anyways thats all! Happy new years to you guys!


January 7th: my hydrated weight is around 335 :D im definitely starting to lose weight ever since ive been eating less calories :)


January 14: i kinda forgot im ngl its the 19th rn so my weight is down to like 334 or 333 inches dont remember

Remember, don't do the same workout everyday and rest between each exercise also be hydrated and remember everyone's body and body shape is different so different people will have different results.

Great exercise. Did em all times 4. Mu body will be feeling this but just got to do it again and again. Both body and cardio is feeling better. 😊👍🏻👊🏻💪🏻🤘🏻

I'm also gonna do! I'm trying to glow up since my friends always call me "oh my god you're so cute and round face! " they always pinch my cheeks and I'm tired of it. Height : 147cm (i know I'm short) weight : 44kg (doing this for 2 weeks)
