These are the exercises included in today's workout video. They're easy and can be done by beginners and experts alike. They're also not too intense so they're good for piping down as you close the day.

P.s- I'm doing another excrcise too from this channel 12 minutes daily but I was searching another easiest excrcise to do so finally I found this and also I am doing 12 minutes excrcise from 1 Month and I found my self getting better . Whoever is lasy like me can do this excrcise this really works .
