I love all of your shorter 15 minutes or less yoga videos. I don’t always have enough time to do a longer practice (which is preferred) so these micro workouts are perfect. I sometimes do 2 or 3 throughout my day. Thank you for sharing your passion, talent and energy…

This guy has the best stretching/yoga on youtube easy! Legit asf, I’ve been practicing with his videos and I am not only becoming more flexible and mobile I am also getting a shit ton stronger!!! Absolutely recommend for everyone!
