A stretch and strength yoga sequence to warm up before a workout or to do in the morning.

Welcome everyone, I'm going to take you through this short but very effective 10 minute yoga warm up class. This is ideal to do before your workout or in the morning as a way to prepare for your day. We focus on the entire body and by the end of it you'll feel your heart pumping and your muscles activated!

This is a great 10 minute yoga class for athletes or anyone who wants to start their day with a big burst of energy. We'll do some essential spinal movements and stretch our wrists and ankles before getting into some modified pushups, core work and hamstring stretches. Enjoy!

I’m at the very beginning of my weight loss journey, I completed this full routine. Despite my body aching, sweating, and me panting for breath. 😆 I’ll get better at this every day, I promise!

i’m 21 and have been struggling with debilitating fibromyalgia since i was about 16. this was so difficult for me but you have such an encouraging presence, i actually had the motivation to finish the video. this is the best i’ve felt physically in years.

I havent done any yoga for 3 months (just not felt up to it, especially since Lesley passed and rushing off to work) but had time this morning and so glad I did it.It was a shock how tight my muscles and joints have become in a short time.We need to do at least 10 mins every day, to maintain supple and movement, so your practice is perfect.Thank you❤

YAY! Thanks for the new stretch practice. 'bend and stretch' this morning made me sing 'bend and snap' from the legally blonde movie :) Not only stretching warm-up for the day but vocal warm-ups too!

I lost my daily routine on yoga and now i wanted to come back on it, also I didn't wanted to do it for a longer period of time on the the very 1st day, and now i think i might be able to do it with your help, with your short yoga practices, you are really great, thank you Kassandra

Love this one! I get back pain because of bad posture for years. When I stretch out my pelvis the pain goes away. Guess I must tilt my pelvis forward. This yoga always makes me feel better after heavy sleep! Thank you kassandra!

Thank you so much, i have been trying to fix my relationship with sports/exercises and your yoga helps too much.
