WARMUP:
Jumping jacks 30 sec x 3 rounds
Squat into backward lunges
WORKOUT:
1.Box squats 3 pulse | 3set x 15reps
2.Banded Pull through | 3set x 15-20reps
3.Banded Hip thrusts | 3set x 15-20reps
4.Banded stiff leg DL | 3set x 12-15reps
5.Banded Squats into Sumo side walks | 3set x 20steps
6.One leg side lunges | 3set x 10reps each leg
7.One leg Glute bridge | 3set x 12-15reps each leg
8.BW Clamshells/Lying side hip raises | 3set x 15reps each side
