If you're a senior then you need to start exercising at home to help maintain in good shape and in good health.

These are simple, body-weight exercises you can do at home that are easy on your joints and are not difficult to perform.

This workout will make you do upper body exercises and lower body exercises and if performed regularly everyday your body will be in good condition!

I have had terrible, crippling problems with advanced spinal arthritis and sacroiliac joint dysfunction for the past 10 years. I used to be a daily power-walker, but haven't exercised seriously in a very long time. After some spinal injections and lidocaine patches, I decided to give it a try -- starting with this video and moving on to cardio as my condition improves. I actually feel good after today's session, and am looking forward to doing it again tomorrow. I like the fact that it's a relatively short, no-impact session, that there are rest breaks after every exercise, and that we don't have to get up after floor exercises. I'm 70 years old. So far, I think this is a very good video for older people, especially if they need to restore a sense of balance.

I’m 50 and I’m doing these😂 because all I’ve been doing for the past two years is sitting at my office desk for 8 hours straight including my lunch break, sitting in my car driving to/from home/work, sitting at home and eating or relaxing and sleeping. I think the only time I stand is when I’m cooking. I rarely go for outdoor walks anymore. I’ve become so stiff, that even this senior workout is an accomplishment!

My goal is to do some 15 minutes exercising daily.

I used to be a gym freak 10 years ago. Zumba, Yoga, Body Pump, Body Attack, weights, rowing, etc. I’m now 20 kgs heavier
