I have insanely weak arms, they're naturally very thin, my wrists are tiny and get tired in seconds. Legs - very strong, core - also not bad. No matter how much I work on my arms, they stay weak. The thing is, it's not recommended for me to lift weights as I have kidney stones. And I could not find a decent bodyweight upper body workout for years. This is a GEM. A day ago, I only managed to get through the warm up. Today, I did half the video. Struggled a lot, took breaks, but still did it. I will not rest until I finish this video without taking extra breaks or slacking on last few reps. ✊🏻

I tested positive for Covid 16 weeks ago… before this I was doing your workouts everyday… this is my first one back after a long rehabilitation period… it’s good to be back.

Working that push up ...yay! When I started to workout with Anna, I hardly could do one push up, but now I feel so proud to do all the push up variations and feeling stronger and more capable! 💪💪💪 This workout is so much fun and still: upper body on fire!!! 🔥🔥🔥

BEWARE! This was so difficult! I took a lot of pauses but geez was it a WORKOUT! I’ve never screamed while doing a workout before but I had to in order to finish this one lol. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

This was my first time trying one of your workouts and I had to stop and pause so many times. The side plank section was near impossible for me, as are push-ups right now. SO HARD.

I've challenged myself to see how strong I can get in 2 years (no quick fixes this time, just consistency and trusting the process, even if I can't perform most of the routine now) and I am so looking forward to seeing how I progress - by 2025 let's see if I can master those side plank dips and reach-throughs!!

i almost cried at the end of the workout omg this was really hard to do. i had to stop a few seconds at the end because I was in so much pain. no pain no gain tho hopefully I can do all of these without taking a break during the workout. thank you anna:)

That was a killer sesh! I'm so proud of myself that I did it to the end! I liked this workout because it worked not only muscles in the arms but also - more importantly - all those shoulder joints, rotators, and small muscles-stabilizers. It was challenging! Thank you, Anna!
PS: I appreciated the crowstand, it was a pleasant surprise, nice to try something new

This is embarrassing, but when I did the Chest Opener, my arms cracked the hell out of me🤣 thank you for your content and for the effort you put in these videos. You are such a huge inspiration for many people and it is incredible, how I continue my workout routine, in the past I didn't have any motivation. But thanks to you this changed❤️ thank you❤️
