Hey Chris I don't know if you remember but a few months ago I commented on one of your videos saying my dad had been diagnosed with lymphoma. Well after 6 tough months of treatment he's finally beaten it! Thanks for all your videos which kept me active (and sane) throughout his treatment haha. This 20 min ab workout will be the first workout I'm gonna do with my dad during his recovery. Love all you guys stay strong💪

I’ve been doing this workout twice a week for about 8 months. No matter how many times I do it, it’s still challenging. I’ve added weights to a few of the exercises to add a new level of difficulty. Thanks for sharing this workout because it always makes me feel like a million bucks after I complete it.

I have been really depressed but I am so tired of it. Today at 1:14Am I got out of bed and on to the floor to do this workout. Never give up, right? I did the whole thing. I feel like maybe I am fighting for me again. I want to get stronger. I will get stronger!

Been doing this for about 2 weeks now and I've NEVER seen so many changes in my body in such a short amount of time. I'm already starting to see my six pack even though I don't have a low body fat level. I'm an athlete so this is very helpful to me. You're a real one and you earned a sub 👍
