Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

I did this workout for 14 days straight, twice daily without missing any days, and i got results! my stomach is toned and defined After 14 days, I have a flat tummy. I ate normally, eliminated processed foods only, and drank six cups of water daily. Skipped breakfast everyday and stopped eating at 7PM every night. Keep going everyone and good luck to us all.

Updating you guys
Day 1: rly hard it burned
Day 2: didn't hurt as much but still struggled
Day 3: burned but I kept going
Day 4: hurt way less and starting to see results
Day 5: way easier and i can see a big difference in my stomach its way flatter
Day 6: so much easier and feels a lot shorter aswell. Seeing very promising results
Day 7: way way easier and showing amazing results tysm

Week 2:
Day 1: only burned in the last 2 exercises and I'm so much skinnier
Day 2: nearly to nothing burned
Day 3: did it with my mam and she was struggling so much so it really shows how the more you do it the less it hurts

7 days after doing this exercise consistently each morning, my stomach was no where near flat. However, I did it consistently for several weeks and I have seen tremendous results. It’s one of the toughest workouts that I have done consistently, but it’s worth it if you stick to it. To all those people who may not see immediate results, keep going and you will.
