Doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or a seasoned exerciser, these are great for everyone. Doing them as I work from home now.

Thank you! I’m 23 and have been over weight most of my life. I had tried “beginner” exercises before and they were actually pretty difficult. I’m glad these are simple exercises I can do before getting into the harder stuff.

Ok, this is my starting point. Thanks for making it fun and actually I can feel it. I used to be in shape too - but that was a long time ago. I'm in my mid-seventies too - and I want my body back! Even if it's old.

I’m a young woman with and injured back that has left me out of work for over a year. My lifestyle use to have a lot of fitness but since the accident to much movement can make my back ache. Oh! Thank you, gentlemen!! I have horrible arthritis in almost every joint. I’ve had knee surgery, ankle surgery, and I have terrible balance. Add to that a chair bound job. I’ve tried so many “beginner” programs and they all contain elements I cannot do! Like running in place, squats, and sit ups. I can do everything in this video. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I was once in really good shape and played hockey regularly. I ended up breaking 2 vertebrae and gained a lot of weight due to inactivity. Lately - with all the heart issues that seem to be everywhere - I decided to start getting my health back. It may seem silly but I am always scared that my body can't handle the load I used to put it under. These easy workouts are a nice way to get my heart beating and feel like I'm safely back on my way.

doing this one daily and the 30 day challenge twice a day. I had a heart attack and heart failure need 2 surgeries in the future and this will help me get ready!
