I will share my experience with u guys
1st day: tiring, but fun my legs are hurting badly 🤧
2nd day: my 2nd day was pretty hard.. my legs was hurting so it was hard to workout and after that my legs are still hurting 🤣 but i know it is worth it. And i also i had more sweat than the first day that is good point.
3rd day: so ya my 3rd day' not much tiring than the previous ones but still hurting some parts of body. But its gonna help me so stay motivated ⚘🥰 .

Please do ur body the favour and don't start with jumping exercises .Especially when ur untrained, maybe little overweight ur joints getting to much pressure everytime cause ur muscles and tenses are not able to support and protect them.That's definitely not for beginner and even for experience people nothing to start a workout .u won't feel it in the first weeks, but after 4-6 weeks u did enough demage that u will get problems for the rest of ur life. btw, I am working many years as a physiotherapist and I got lots of people different ages with problems cause by different start of there training.

But i didnt like how my body looked when k wasnt wearing any shirt
It looked kinda soft
