I used to running to help my mental health my anxiety has gotten worse than before (always comparing myself to others plus had no support from my family). Since then I do Nicole's workouts for 1.5 year my mental and physical has been better than ever. I am thankful for her every day❤❤

I know it’s little but i cried everytime i manage to finish every set. I had a health scare recently and your pilates workout has helped me immensely. just getting up from a couch was already so hard and now it’s not so painful anymore! thank you nicole for all that you do!

This was so good to do. I’ve given up all my crazy workouts now and only do Nicole’s ones. They help my anxiety and help heal my mind as well as working and strengthening every muscle in my body.
The only thing I do different is the abs part as I have a slight gap after having my kids so I do my own variety of moves until the gap has gone. It’s almost gone though doing Pilates everyday! ❤❤

I just wanted to take a moment and thank you Nicole! Thank you for making move, I haven’t worked out in years and haven’t been motivated enough to work out. I don’t like high intensity workouts, I get bored easily and I just don’t enjoy them. Since I have found your chanel, I have been working out every single day and I feel amazing! Girl you knew what you were doing with that side plank series!! That was so challenging. I could not keep my self up for the life of me 😂😂😂 but glad I tried it!
