Work your arms & abs with this 30 Minute Dynamic Pilates Workout! All you need is a set of light hand weights (I'm using 1kg weights) or you can get creative and use household items, e.g. canned foods or water bottles. Don't worry if you don't have weights because you can still enjoy the workout without them!

Why did I wait so long to thank you?
Since the first lockdown I can no longer go to my Pilates center daily as a I used to. I miss the professional trainer instructions to move “safely”.
I tried a lot, a lot of trainings on YouTube. But you are the best. My favorite one.
You have an incredible variety of videos and you continue creating amazing creative content.

I truly, sincerely love how you chuckle after a particularly difficult series. It helps me relax again into my body and not complain about the pain! Your videos are so lighthearted and calm at the same time, it makes the workout fly by! (I didn't have weights for this one, but omg, am I still sweating? Yes, yes I am.)

I absolutely loved this pilates workout. I've been weight training and haven't been liking how bulky and heavy I feel. After much research im switching to Pilates. I've spent way too much money with gym memberships and finally decided that I would much rather be working out at home and ever since I've tried it I love it. I get to do it in the comfort of my own home and i get to save money 😂. But in all seriousness thank you Nicole your pilates workouts are amazing and I really feel the burn.

I added ankle weights bc I thought, It's arms and abs, might as well work out my legs a little. What a tough work out! This primarily arms/abs, but also a well-rounded full body with elevated heart rate work out!! Excellent!
