Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.
Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible. You should be very proud of yourself for taking the steps to improve not only your physical, but also your mental health.

Hi Lilly,
I’ve been doing your workouts for a while now and I’ve actually seen my body change a lot which I am super grateful for. Though recently I’ve been very unmotivated and at a low. Clicking on this workout today reminded me why I love this, your little shouts of encouragement made me smile and the way you talked about just showing up made me emotional since I’ve been struggling with doing that. Lily you always come through for me. I was not in the mood AT ALL to workout tonight and after a few failed attempts I got through your workout with ease. Well not that much ease...but you always motivate me to keep going and I really really appreciate you for that. @LillySabri as someone who suffered from a fitness addiction I think it's so important to promote the mindset of listening to one's body, it's ok to take rest days or breaks instead of 'pushing through' and actually damaging yourself. 💪🏽 Thank you for taking the time to mention this.

Thanks for this great workout! Note: Please think of flexing your toes, if you strech out in the end with your legs bend over each other, because it will ruin your knees, if you just leave your toes straight... Learned that from my physiotherapist. She said, it is very important! Thank you!
