You always nail it Lindsay! Another GR8 workout as usual. I found the beginning "warm up" the hardest part of the whole session. Love how you incorporated the "light" weights and really felt it in the chest. Nice TOTAL BODY workout. Keep up the good work and positive attitude...poop and all ;)
