Nicole I just wanted to thank you for having the most enjoyable workout videos on the internet. Also, the most effective. Ive never seen such crazy changes in my body until I started following your videos daily. I’ve tried lots of other youtube fitness channels, but they didn’t stick because I dreaded the energy of them. Yelling, annoying pop music, the brightest possible colors. I feel like it’s so important to find an instructor that matches your energy. I like your workouts because I’m somehow also relaxed, but sweating like a pig. THANK YOU

I was taking a day off from Heathers challenge to do something "lighter" my mistake.. don't ever underestimate the power of a 1kg weight plus repetition... the glutes exercise was a KILLER! The second glute was already shaking even before starting :D great exercise, very smart!

This was my first time doing Pilates. The perfect combination between working out and meditating that I need in my life. However, 8lb weights were a bad choice 😂 Going to have to work my way up to those babies. Thank you 💛
