This is my all time favorite workout now. You’re voice is so calming to listen to and it makes my 6am workouts before work feel so much less intimidating than other videos I’ve tried. I love the pace of this routine- I feel like I have time to breathe and focus on my body alignment while doing this workout and the incorporation of the weights adds a perfect challenge. I would love to see more videos like this or videos with resistance bands since I don’t have a lot of weights at home. Thank you for sharing this routine!!

I loved this workout! I've been working on my arms a lot lately but haven't done much pilates and this was super challenging! I alternated between light and heavier weights. I'm definitely going to do this again! :)

This workout was great. I feel like I worked out more than my former studio sessions.
You can't get injured or pull a muscle while doing your workouts because you incorporate stretching into everything, I appreciate you for that. ❤❤❤❤
