One thing I love about your videos is that there isn't a lot of preliminary talking. You're always into the exercise/stretch itself within the first 10 seconds. Thank you very much for doing your channel because it has really helped my lower back.

I find it helps if you also breathe in deeply before you do it. The added pressure from my expanded lungs makes for a better pop sometimes.

Thanks! Great exercise, been doing this since I was a kid and had a lower back injury..never had issues with the injury since it healed and I credit proper stretching for that.

I'm a gymnast and dancer with a lot of pressure on my back. i do this every night and breath deeply in it. i find the pressure to help the cracking and create more relief

I do this type of stretch every day. I love the big pop I hear every time. 😍 Wish I could afford the Chiropractor but this really helps get me through the day, though.

I didn't feel a deep stretch at all in my let back but it did relieve the pain. No pop or stretch but the pressure is gone. Amazing
