This exercise takes two popular yoga poses and combines them to target everything in, and around, the lower back. That way you can get quickly lower back pain relief in a short amount of time.

As a bonus, this exercise can be done in bed and requires no equipment. Also, it can be used as a daily mobility exercise to help prevent low back pain.

WHAT IN THE WORLD!!! I literally been dying from lower back pain and I’m a fit guy. Thought I was going to have to head to the ER it was so bad. Couldn’t sit in a chair or anything. Did this exercise and immediately felt relief. The pain isn’t totally gone but man do I feel the difference!!!! Thanks Doc!

This helped so much and cured my back the first try! Thank you! I never had real back pain of my life (I lift weights and train my back since a few months and it feels great) until a few days ago where I did my stepper machine as fast as I could leaning forward holding myself on a chair. Never lean forwards on any kind of stepping machine! It literrally screwed my lower back for days. Just picking vegetables in my garden and such things were horrible. I kept on doing very mild training as it is recommanded to keep some light activity to heal back pain. I also took anti inflammatory pills. Then, I saw your video and gave it a try after my training. Fantastic!!! This morning, my back is basically normal (or so close it's just a question of 1-2 days) and I didn't even need anti inflammatory drugs! I saved your video and will keep on doing these stretches to prevent back pain. Thanks a lot!

Dr. Rowe you did it again! 😭😭😭 i need an app so i can access you when i don’t have internet on travel days.
This time, i was stiff from several days of travel by car, so a lot of sitting. While standing I coughed and my lower back broke. Here I am, stopped for the night, thankful to have internet and am stretching. While I’m doing it, my husband tells me this is what fixed HIS back too. We are a family by Dr. Rowe! ❤🌻🙌🙌

Should’ve seen the grin on my face when k got up. For the past week I’ve really notched up my training and put a lot of stress on my quads which resulted in some serious lower back pain the past few days. Combing through the internet looking for something helpful was coming up dry until I found this. Literal 2 minute workout took away almost all of my lower back pain and brought my so much joy. Amazing video!

100% works, I pulled my back yesterday, I was in loads of pain today, I saw this and tried it immediately. I can now stand up straight with 80% pain gone. A very hot bath has also helped. I will try this throughout the day. Thanks
