OMG!! My lower back pain was literally preventing me from sleeping. I watched this and did 3 of the movements, the ones done in bed, I was in too much pain and 2 tired to get up, and my back pain disappeared... as if it was never there. I saved this because I'm gonna need it again! Now I can go to sleep... thank you 😇

Being dealing with severe lower back pains for 5 months now. Just discovered this video. So far so good the excercise was great. Will def come back should I fully recover. All in all this exercises are the best I have seen so far.

48 years old female here, i refurbish furniture and lift heavy pieces from time too time. I know i have scoliosis, one of my shoulders is lower than the other. I never had problems until a year ago. Every part of my body seems to be having problems with pain now including my back. I tried other exercises but only these ones in this vidio made a miracle. I just finished doing them for first time today. wow!!!! The ppain i had for a week in my back went away after doing these stretches!!!

As a therapist, I am standing or sitting for hours at a time, and do experience a fairly constant amount of low back pain.. Your video popped up in my YouTube. I just did most of your exercises minus the soup can and I cannot believe how pain-free my low back is! Thank you so very very much! Wish you were in Southern California although where you are is probably much nicer! Look forward to seeing more of your videos.

Holy crap! These stretches REALLY work! I had pain on my left lower back and hip for several days. I went thru all of the stretches it only took me 20 min! Immediately noticed a difference in how I felt! Wowza. I subscribed to your channel because I had ACDF a year ago and lumbar surgery in the mid 90’s. I saved several videos to keep me functioning and pain free. Thank you!!

I just subscribed yesterday to see this on my dash where lower back pains have been a huge issue in my life since age 16 caused by a heavy school bag and most comfortably standing with over extended knee joints. I tried all you suggest and tho it didnt do much for me the first round I felt where the stretches hit on the body and I can tell that over time I'll greatly benefit from this. Thank you. Even physical therapy couldnt give me what you have.

I have been dealing with lots of tension which after trying to find relief in those areas (neck and shoulder), found myself waking up with severe lumbar pain. I was in so much pain and had limited mobility. Your stretches (some I have done/ others I have not like the spinal decompression and hitting different area of a stretch) have provided some relief.

I know my whole body is tense but these exercises have allowed me to focus in on my areas causing the biggest issues. I cannot thank you enough!!! The fact that this was free and accessible has been the biggest gift today!

A few days ago I sat on the floor and leaned 90 degrees back against the couch. 30 min later I had extremely sharp lower back pain. It was killing me for 3 days straight and I just tried these exercises. I couldn't even sleep at night. Being in my 50s now might have partly caused it. These exercises worked like magic! Not 100% but I'll do them everyday now. I can't thank you enough!

I am a very active person and complete intense exercise daily. I have dealt with back pain for years. After my disc ruptured some time ago and I underwent surgery, I learned (via physical therapy) how important movements such as these are. The last 2 days have been absolutely brutal and nothing was working. I couldn't even bend at the waist without intense pain. I found this video and after the first 2 movements it was almost totally gone! Words cannot describe! I finished the video and have saved it as a reference. THANK YOU!

I have watched yourvideos on and off for a while. I find them super useful. This week i have had terrible lower back pain. I did a couple of the exercises last night before bed. Woke up feeling about the same. I then did the tennis ball and soup can (using rolling pin) and I felt better than I have for the last 3 days. I actually feel 50% better if not more. I still feel tight, but not nearly as bad and plan on running through these stretches over the next couple of days. Thanks!
