I tried this with my brother, and he's so relaxed, he's been laying on the floor for hours, thank you 🙏🙏

Yeah my grandma tried this. She’s been laying peacefully on the ground for days now. Thank you for everything! Keep up the great work

This actually helped. I work 8 hours a day in a computer chair but when I heard the first crack I was so relieved. I don’t think people know how much a simple pop can help. 😭

I did the soup can thing.
My back didn't pop,
But the can did.
Now my carpet and the whole room smells like clam chowder.

I have EDS (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome). My neck hurts every single day(No joke). Some days are worse than others. I'm only 15, so this affects my life immensly. I really appreciate this man. You're making people's lives better. 💯

My legs got so relaxed that they fell asleep right out from underneath me. It's been an hour and they're still out like a light - thank you!! 😊🙌

I miss having a school desk because it could pop my upper back so easily with just a small amount of pressure

Randomly clicked and I am so glad I did. They explained everything in such a comprehensive way, and spoke so clearly while demonstrating the exercise! Quality content :)

Best neck stretch I’ve ever used! The traditional pull to the side never helped but this has done wonders in just a couple of days

As someone who's injured his back multiple times and has pinched a nerve quite a few times I appreciate this. Having clear and concise exercises that can be easily done is super helpful, thank you!

I literally cried after I did this for about 15teen minutes. No pain at all just so much relief I can't thank you enough! 💯🤜🤛 I had nerve pain that would stem from my neck down my left arm. It is immediately gone. My first true sense of relief in probably over a year.

OMG just tried this now and it works perfectly especially the upper-mid back routine! Nothing popped but I felt relaxed and my upper back is lighter!

Didn't get the satisfying pops that I was looking for... HOWEVER after doing the stretches it doesn't feel like it even needs to pop anymore, so I guess I still got my release. Thanks for the tips!

Really appreciate these concise cleat instructions.
I'm a retired Trauma RN who had ACDF 4-6 surgery 15 yrs ago. It's where I kept my stress.

I still continue to have significant tightness throughout the neck and back and just can't get it to loosen up.

This video took it slowly through the steps, and is intuitive.

Just saw you're out of WPB. My 1st nursing job out of school was at ... Aunt Mary's.

I also worked at Uncle Jack's in Lake Worth
