this is what i needed. Unfortanily life does not stop because I am sick, and I have farm animals that need me. This is just what what I needed help me get through the day while i have a head cold

The catch 22 of getting tons of rest while sick is that my back starts killing me from so much time in bed and lack of movement! Got an amazing release in my low back from that ending butterfly pose - just what I needed to keep resting like I need to AND be comfortable! Thanks <3

This couldn't have been more timely - I woke with a sore throat yesterday and feel pretty bad today. This gives me some yoga I can do when feeling ill. Thank you.

Hey Sarah Beth~ I've been sick for almost six weeks (two infections and now pneumonia). I tried this when you first posted it a couple of weeks ago, and almost got sick just trying to get down to my yoga mat; so I gave up. Then this morning I was inspired to try this again. And am I glad I did! I absolutely loved it! Physically and emotionally. For someone who works out six days a week and is rarely sick, this has been one long struggle for me. But today - thanks to you - I feel like "I am healing"... finally! One of the very best gifts I've ever gotten was your first video that showed up in my YouTube feed. This today meant and means so much to me. Thank you... thank you... thank you - for this and for the last four years. Wishing you the Happiest of Holidays and New Year!

This really helped me while recovering from Covid. It allowed me to open up my chest and breath deeply, reminding myself than I am healthy and will get better

This was perfect today. Started today with congestion...working through and healing. Tea, soup, essential oils, Alka Seltzer cold, water, juice...and now some yoga. Thank you. I appreciate the time and energy it takes for you to put these together.

I have covid and im on day 11. Still recovering, but it's a terrible struggle. I have bad asthma so the disease has been severe for me even though i am very young. This video was amazing. I feel refreshed after doing this routine. I feel replenished. God must have sent me here.

I do not understand how people have 'disliked' this flow. It was great, eyaclt what you need when you love yoga but not feeling 100%. Thank you for this, I like your comment at the end and hopefully, this will help with my phone interview today whilst being ill, wish me luck and thank you
