Enjoy this fully reclined bedtime yoga class for beginners. No props required!

Hi everyone, thanks for joining me. Tonight I'll be guiding you through this gentle yoga class to help you unwind at the end of the day and prepare for a great night's rest. All of these yoga poses are suitable for beginners and no props are required. The entire class will be done laying down and I will leave you in savasana (corpse pose) at the end so that you can drift off to sleep. You can do this class on your bed to make this even more comfortable and restful.

This is a 15 minute bedtime hatha yoga class to promote rest and relaxation. We will go through full body gentle stretches to relieve all aches and pains and find stillness within. It's a great yoga sequence to reduce stress and anxiety. Dim the lights, put on your comfy pajamas and practice either on your yoga mat or directly on your bed. Sleep tight!

Kassandra, I'm sure you hear stories all the time, but I want to share because it's nice to know all the effort and planning makes it all worth it in this busy world.
I pursued yoga after recovery from being in the hospital with the obnoxious delta virus variant of covid in 2021. Being a mostly healthy person at 34 and being sent home with oxygen, I was discouraged about the recovery. After being cleared from doctors I decided to start whatever I could to get my breath back. I discovered your videos and wow! The improvement I made. Anxiety is so much less, Plus being intentionally active, I lost 34 pounds just with Incorporating your videos into my daily routine. So a long winded (pun intended :)) story to say, thank you for your videos. It truly makes a difference!

I love the space you do these classes in - I liked seeing the shade open and the beautiful backyard. For some reason those visuals make the yoga even more cleansing!

I love morning yoga (after doing my morning yoga cleansing enema) and bedtime yoga since I was a 13 year old yogi in 1995 for detoxing, fitness, health and wellness.

I am recovering from long covid and I thought that I couldn't do yoga for a long time but I am able to do practices that are a hundred percent reclined which brings me a lot of joy. Thank you for creating this and other evening ones which are great for those of us who are easing back into movement as part of recovery.

Thank you for these, Kassandra. I try to fit some yoga into every day, and this one was perfect in the evening as I unwind and relax with my family before bed. Helps me to refocus at the end of the day, and a few hours before I plan to sleep. Sort of a mental and physical reset, I love it.

You knew just what I needed this morning. Normally I like something more challenging but I’m battling a sinus infection and knew I couldn’t handle any poses with my head down. I was just going to skip my morning yoga but then I saw this. Perfect! Thank you!
