I'm a bit late to the party here, but I just wanted to say thank you for this video. I have tried a lot of "beginner" yoga routines/videos over time, and all of them left me feeling deflated. "If this was a beginner's routine, how am I ever going to manage anything more difficult?" This routine was still embarrassingly challenging for me the first time round, but it was still completely accessable and not too exhausting. The fact you reminded me multiple times that I don't have to push myself the whole way straight away was a lovely reality check. You also helped me maintain a more positive mentality throughout. I found myself regularly criticising my lack of flexibility, strength and resilience however you encouraged me to check those thoughts and adopt a kinder way of speaking to myself. Thank you again. I've left this video feeling optimistic rather than defeated :):):)

I’ve struggled with tight hips/hamstrings for most of my life. I’ve even been in PT for the SI issues it’s caused. This routine has helped more than anything else! Thank you so much!!
