I don't know about you , but I'm having a blast with these full body dumbbell workouts

The workouts feel like they absolutely fly by smashing a little bit of everything all in one awesome workout

Once we smash our 10 exercises. We will take a quick 30 sec water break before smashing it all over again

I started working out with @zeusfitness in my 30s and stopped. But now im back in my 40s, however I wont be stopping this time. Cheers, I needed this push👍🏽

do you think 20 min is really enough? I am 56. I do alot of your workouts but try to stick mainly with the 30 min full body. But if I am not feeling it 100% I thought maybe the 20s would be a good alternative
