Anyone else get a strong physical response from this about mid way through? I felt I was spinning and then an overwhelming sense of euphoria. Thank you so much for posting this, I didn't realize I could not only rest my body and mind but also get high just by laying in bed lmao

The first time I listened was at night. Didn't get far before I fell asleep, but wanted to listen again in a more conscious way. After feeding my cat in the early morning, instead of trying to sleep, I listened again. I also felt a shift in consciousness about halfway through, a wild opening of the mind. The animal visualization exercise was a brilliant way to ground in the wisdom of creation. Thanks for sharing your light, Ally! So glad to have you in my journey!

Since practicnng so regularly over these past 6 months, I now find myself intuitively drawn to different practices. My first thought when I opened my eyes today was "minds eye yoga nidra". Thank you for creating such an incredible variety of practices 🙏💕✨️

Been using these yoga nidras for a few months now, but this was one of my longest and deepest.

For context, I micro dosed 0.2g mushrooms a couple of hours ago, just had a shower after drinking some coffee, and was laying on a acupressure mat.

Just before the animal visualisations I felt myself get into the state between awake and asleep, and pulled myself back out of it and focused on the recording. I then felt a whole body sensation of warmth/electricity - it felt quite unfamiliar and not euphoric but didn’t feel bad or negative.

I could then semi-visualise the owl right in front of me (vs in my minds eye) and also saw a perfectly formed outline of circle in my vision at one point. Felt immensely grateful towards the end and now feeling clear and energised. Thank you Ally!

Namaste Ally and thank you so much! 🙏☺️❤️ The practice is truly powerful. Every time I’m practicing with this video something new comes up.
Today my spirit brought strong feelings of my twin suffering before she died. Her thoughts, emotions, the anguish of her body. As a twin I got used to our interconnection and feeling thru each other’s experiences. But now her soul is already transitioning towards a new journey.
Maybe this was something lingering in my spirit which needed to be attended to. Or maybe there’s still some connection going on where I can sense the experience she’s witnessing in Bardo.
Anyway, I’m grateful for the opportunity to reconnect and attend to those strong feelings for clarity and cleansing to find inner peace 🙏

I listened to your latest talk about yoga nidra last night, and woke up at four am excited to participate in this yoga nidra. What a wonderful journey. The om mantra resonating with the breath through the rotation of consciousness effortlessly enhancing the clarity of seeing each body part rather than getting in the way, the nature sounds fully present and immediate also. Truly, yoga nidra is a state of consciousness as you said in your talk, a shared state where, like the school of salmon, we all know the way collectively.
