Hi dear friends. My biggest passion is helping you decrease your stress so that you can start to intentionally create your best life. It is so hard to make that happen when you are in a stressed state. But when you can slow down your mind, slow down the brain waves from beta into alpha or even deeper, you gain access to the subconscious mind. THIS is where your true power is for changing your mindset. The more you practice decreasing your stress and the mindset you are seeking, the easier it will become to access it in your regular life...off the yoga nidra mat. Beautiful ❤ love your work ❤️ have extreme stress due to DV/ complex trauma…. Love what you do ❤️🙏 I have a few friends who have been/are going through similar to me…. They’ve all ended up with some form of stress related autoimmune condition… I’m determined not to become another statistic!!!! And be the best mum I can be ❤😊

I guess, with practice, I will get better at not lettihg my mind take me on a million and one journeys 😅

Do you have any yoga nidras with visualisations? I find they really help me enter the slower brain frequencies xx❤xx
