Hello anyone reading this! I’m here from the March 2021 - MOVE session and didn’t have time to do some of the longer practices before work but still wanted to pull out the mat. I hope you’re having a good day :) This was just the refresh I needed since this morning was a little rough for me

5 minutes or 1 hour yoga class, she has such a soothing way of talking throughout the session, that my body and mind demands more yoga from her. She has done magic to calm my mind.❤️ Thank you Adriene, for that! 😘

I started with Breath at the beginning of the year (and continued with Bridge, and now Move) to dedicate time out of the day to not stress about my ongoing job hunt post-graduation since June last year. Well, I have a final interview for a company (the furthest in the process I've gone!) coming up in 3 hours so this flow was definitely perfect to start the day before hours of interviews.

A short one today Breath, Bridge and Move friends but well worth it! I needed a short one myself as I only slept about five hours. So perfect timing!
