Cardio time! We are going to do high/low exercises to burn fat - we’ll start with the low intensity version then go to the high intensity version!

For example, we'll do 45 seconds of squats, and then move on to 45 seconds of squat jumps!!!!

Got it? Also, you can just do the lower-impact versions in place of the jumping moves, if that works best for you!

This is a 10 minute cardio workout- 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off!

Love it! Almost 1 year postpartum with no exercise. It was impossible for me to complete all the "jumpy" parts, but I am making this video as my GOAL. I will do it EVERYDAY until I am able to complete the whole video 😄😄😄😄😄

Am I the only one who prefers burpees than jump squats? 😅 at least with burpees I’m half a second on the floor planking but jump squats don’t give me an excuse lol

The jumping lunges were death!!! But the clap unders were really fun. I usually hate cardio but I ended up doing this twice

Great idea!!! Oh gosh, I loved everything in that workout: the contagious energy, the moves, the low & high intensity versions, the playlist (!!), the outfit and the timer's aesthetic, doing it after coming home. AHHH, PLEASE MAKE MORE OF THESE! I'm obsessed with that feeling of happiness, stamina and strength during AND after the workout

I was eating crappy food while i was having my period and i gained 3 pounds. It might be mostly water weight. But in order to lose that and feel good i did this and it was really challenging when the jumping lunges came. Omg i totally loved your workout Cassey. You're so inspiring
