This 20 minute Bedtime Yoga Stretch can be done entirely in bed to relieve tension and tightness in your hips, glutes, hamstrings, inner thighs and lower back. Grab a strap or a long piece of clothing for the hamstring stretch. You're going to LOVE the way it feels.

This routine is fantastic! I am 54 and have arthritis in my knees and hips. I also get restless legs at night. This has helped me so much, to relax and feel better at bed time. I’m a fan.

This would be even better with a relaxing dark coloured background instead of the super bright white - lovely stretches though!

Man! my son and I are in a shelter, staying here until I am able to make income to cover bills and budjet so I never find myself in this position. It is nice here not bad. Just my son( who is 6 and in school till 2) and my room is nice, but so tiny, I am doing 8week classes (whole spring semester compacted to 8 weeks so we have a steady schedule and theres not a time where you can work 9 hours a day online 4-5 days of week aand get ahead. no, you have to constantly be cramming. Im doing ok so car but I have to do all my schoolwork on my bed hunched over. I never really feel the stiffness until abt 7pm-10pm when we all do our chores and clean the facility. today was also laundry day for me so I was dowmn there doing my chore list and then folded and cleaned and organized because we have to have everything tight, bc this place is a blessing.

Sarah Beth you've done it! I did this routine and within 5 minutes I was asleep !! I had a long 10 hr day on my feet so I reallt needed help with my legs amd this made all my sharp uncomfortable shin pain disappear and my hamstrings felt so good I couldmt help but get all snuggled up amd fall asleep!. Definitely a new fav! Stretchimg with you is ALWAYS worth it!
