Ever since I started Sarah Yoga I’ve been hooked. I’m overweight and still on my way to loose to feel my best and yoga has helped me more aware of my body and more importantly who I am in my body. I make modifications on my own to accommodate for a bad knee but still keep on as the workout goes. Thanks SarahBeth! You’ve helped me!

I've been doing yoga for about 18 years now (and I think I found your videos about a year ago, but I'm usually watching on my TV and can't post a comment from there). Your videos are the first time I feel like I'm in the correct headspace during yoga. You keep me from being distracted (or bring my mind back to my mat when I am), and I'm able to apply these relaxing and focusing techniques throughout my day, off the mat too. Videos like this one and the hips and shoulders stretch one, really help with my chronic shoulder/neck pain and hip pain. Thanks for the variety and providing wonderful 15- and 20-minute videos I can work into my busy days.
