I love the hip openers- I lift my leg over a tall chair;)-- ps. Ty and as a Jewish mamma/grandmamma- I am concerned about your body size or lack there of- I hope you are eating well and are combatting any stress-

That is such a great workout. Believe it or not, I do this on my rebounder to help my balance and I do a health bounce before and after. Thank you!

Great excersise! I hv had 2 hip surgeries & find these hip openers a challenge lidtin my knees up, one leg is harder than the other. Eventually i know it will get easier.
