Makes sense. Body isn't using core to support itself if you're laying down.

But laying down is good for isolation of abs and obliques exclusively. And hip flexor

How to tighten my abdominal but still breathing? I did whole set, I did not know what went wrong, I feel it in my abdominal but it only felt a bit. And my arm were burning 😂😂😂
