Unfortunately, I am unable to exercise for more than 10 minutes at the moment. But your exercises are gold. I regret that I only found your YouTube yesterday. Thank you for standing training, I don't like exercising on the floor. Even though I barely finished this training, I forced myself to do the one from yesterday. And I don't regret it. Thank you!

Just completed my 100 th day of belly workout today excluding 15 resting days ! Finally I hit the century ! Yippy ! I am so proud of my self almost four months of dedicated belly workout ! Surely my body should thank my mind for instructing and leading it in a healthy noble way !

Thank you for so many different no-jumping workouts (time duration, moves, motivating music, etc). Fit my needs in different situation. Sometimes my knee tell me not to jump so much 😂
