This 10 Minute Yoga Nidra for Sleep and Deep Rest is designed to support you in gently nodding off. It can also be used for a midday nap and deep rest. This guided Yoga Nidra Body scan Meditation includes a piece of music that I made to help soothe the nervous system. This type of meditation also aids deep relaxation and non-sleep deep rest
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that induces complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This technique has a calming effect on the nervous system and activates the parasympathetic (rest & digest) response.
In this session you will be guided through a body scan to calm the nervous system. It’s a 10-minute yoga Nidra guided relaxation to reboot your whole nervous system and gently rock you to sleep. This practice is also perfect for stress and anxiety relief.
To further support the experience of the Yoga Nidra practice, the music has been designed to help you into theta and delta brainwave states
Yoga Nidra style body scan can soothe the nerves and also help with insomnia, anxiety, stress, adrenal fatigue, PTSD and so much more.
